GeForce RTX 3070 Ti, PCI-Express 16x, 8 Go GDDR6X
Propel your PC gamer configuration into the world of 1440p without compromise with the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GAMING OC 8G graphics card! Powered by Ampere, the second-generation NVIDIA RTX architecture, and boosted by the jump to 8GB of GDDR6X memory, you not only get a raw power boost over the previous generation, but also technology improvements ray tracing and DLSS.
RTX 3070 Ti: total control in 1440p
The Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GAMING OC 8G is one of the first graphics cards on NVIDIA Ampere architecture. The RTX 3070 Ti stands out from the RTX 3070 with its 6144 CUDA cores and especially the switch to GDDR6X memory which offers increased bandwidth and higher performance.
In a few words, the RTX 3070 Ti was designed to play in 1440p with ray tracing. Its performance also allows you to enjoy your games in 4K, without compromising on graphics settings.
To integrate your PC gamer configuration and develop all its power, this model benefits from Gigabyte WINDFORCE 3X cooling. A system combining 3 fans (80mm) and large heatsinks for optimized air circulation and therefore a system always ready to provide the performance you are looking for!
NVIDIA Ampere: the second generation RTX
With the Ampere architecture, NVIDIA is not only content to offer a significant performance gain compared to the previous generation, but has also taken the opportunity to greatly improve RTX technologies as well as the efficiency and number of RT and Tensor cores, computing units dedicated respectively to ray tracing (which simulates the physical behavior of light for cinematic rendering) and to assistance with 3D graphics rendering via Deep Learning Super Sample (DLSS). The results in play? More fluidity and a reduction in the impact of ray-tracing on the number of frames.
RTX IO technology
In addition to its Ampere architecture for its GeForce RTX 30 series, NVIDIA has unveiled RTX IO technology, a solution that allows the transmission of data directly from the storage medium (like your SSD) to the RTX GPU, without going through the processor! Clearly, a part of the graphics card can relieve the processor of certain data processing tasks (such as texture decompression) thus avoiding a bottleneck of the CPU cores and therefore enjoying even better performance.
